When I entered the university, I could not go to school due to the pandemic situation, and I knew nothing about the school. Without any sense of belonging to the school, I started to think I should do some activities related to the school. Looking around for activities that I can enjoy, I found the Sungkyun Times (SKT) by accident, and I started to work as a reporter. From the beginning, nothing was easy. Education as a cub reporter was the biggest difficulty during the time I spent at SKT, but I could overcome it thanks to the help of seniors. By being a staff reporter, I wrote articles in various sections, and as an editor and a team leader, I could participate in editing the article.
This semester, I became editor-in-chief, and this was a new challenge for me. I realized that endless effort and corrections are necessary to publish a magazine, and I became to know the significance of all people who are related to the magazine. And finally, the last magazine that I participate in has come, and I cannot believe it has already come to an end. There were a lot of difficulties this semester, but I was able to get over them with the encouragement of my fellow editors and reporters. In addition, I would like to express my gratitude to our directors, copy editor, and designer.
Now, a new year is coming, and I am preparing for another journey. Even though my activities at SKT are over, what I learned through working as a reporter will be the first thing to come up to me whatever I do. In addition, I met so many good people here, and this experience was so memorable. Lastly, thank you to all Kingos, and I hope Kingos have enjoyed our magazine this year. May the coming year be filled with peace, happiness, and joy!
