2020 was frustrating, 2021 was exhausting, and here comes 2022. It seems like the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) can no longer stop us from living a normal life. The school is finished with renovations, students are coming back to campuses, and staff is getting ready to greet us all. I can already imagine the energetic atmosphere of a new semester at Sungkyunkwan University.
There are three ways to enjoy the spring semester with the Sungkyun Times (SKT). First and foremost, pick up an SKT magazine and read it. Fruitful, entertaining news stories are waiting for you every month. Not to mention that they are free. Second, solve a puzzle at the back. The 15x15 word search can be tricky, but I guess Kingos can easily solve it. Last but not least, apply for various events to get a prize. From word search events to review events, the odds are pretty high. I feel confident that these tips will make your everyday life better.
Apart from those three steps, a special event comes only once a semester: recruiting! At this time of the year, you might be wondering how to enjoy a happy and productive campus life, especially if you are a freshman. If so, the SKT is right here for you. Every new semester, we recruit new reporters. The SKT always searches for fresh ideas and opinions. The application period is from Monday, February 21st to Sunday, March 6th. Clubs Week will take place during the first week of school. The SKT booth will be located at both the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus and Natural Sciences Campus.
