The arrival of December comes as a surprise for most people. Regardless of how the year was spent, the fact that another year is coming to an end might feel a little awkward. The Starlight Garden “OOOZOOO” is a park filled with lights and pretty decorations. It is certainly the right place to go when one desires to feel the end of the year “vibe” and take photos of the last moments of the year.
