Korea: An Attractive and Innovative Country

 In August 2018, I came to Korea by invitation of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to take part in the Global Master of Public Administration (GMPA) program at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). While studying in Korea, I have participated in a variety of conferences, workshops, and cultural events, like the Korea Foundation (KF) workshop, Public Diplomacy Week forum, Asian Legislative Experts Symposium, Super Blue Marathon, United Nations (UN) Global Peace Chain program, and more. Through these events, I have learned a lot about Korea, including its history, culture, and education. In addition, I have met lots of wonderful people including ambassadors, professors, and experts in various fields at these programs. Sharing ideas with them, I have expanded my knowledge and experiences in Korea.

 At these various programs, I developed new innovative ideas. In particular, the KF workshop and forum taught me that innovation is everywhere. Moreover, at the workshop, I visited Andong, a historical city in Korea, and other places where I could experience the history of Korea. Through this experience, I realized that Korea is a beautiful and attractive country where tradition and modern technology coexist. In addition, as I am interested in diplomacy, I participated in the first Public Diplomacy Week Forum in Seoul, and met many impressive professional researchers. Taking part in these various programs helped me to get to know Korea better. I gained not only new knowledge, but also many certificates and medals from the programs. All of my experiences and achievements in Korea will be very important and useful for my career in the future.
